Flip and fast loans contacted me by phone and said that they would do my loan. This was in April 2023, they ask for money and did not say anything that it would be non refundable. So I sent them $4500.00, and I got and preapproval letter for $1,500,000.00. We found the house we wanted to go to the next steep to get funds garentee and we got it. We set a closing date and they ack me to and illegal act to get $200,000.00 in my account just to close and I could give it back to my friends after closing. The deal fell apart. I ask for my money back and they said we don't give refunds. And to give them another chance to get a house. So we found a place for $625,000.00 and they sent my realtor an garentee funds letter. They wanted $550.00 for a appraisal and I told them I was using my realtor appraisal company and they said fine. The I get and email saying that they were resenting my loan do a credit back ground report. I ask for my money back. I have hurd nothing yet.
Desired outcome: I want my money back and I want to sue them for breech of contract.
