I called the day before Thanksgiving. They were able to come the same day before 2. It was as quick as could be expected considering everything that was needed.We are a very satisfied customer. He even hauled away the cracked toilet.

I called and the dispatcher set an appointment for the next day. The plumber was prepared, a fully stocked panel van. He repaired the leak at the water meter, and waited until he was sure the glue had set. Given the circumstances it was an excellent experience

We had a pretty serious sewer problem - our seventy year old sewer line ran directly below three redwood trees. It looked like we would need to replace the entire line. Fletcher's was able to clear the roots, clean the line, and make it functional for years to come

The actual issue with the plumbing outside was resolved in a very professional manner. Problem is solved to this day. The only drawback is the job order before mine took longer than expected. On the other hand, the Fletchers staff kept in touch with me daily so I wasnt left out of the loop. The professionalism is great!

Fletcher's Plumbing is not the cheapest way to go by far... But, you are going to get the best in the business! Super professional.. Always explain what your different options may be and always complete the job at hand in a very professional manner.. The old saying.. You get what you pay for is extremely true with Fletcher's Plumbing..

We had a gas leak and PG&E immediately shut off our gas! Called Fletcher's and they sent someone out the same day to assess the situation... Our technician Mike was out the next day and had the gas line replaced in a couple of hours! Its not our first contact with Fletcher's because we know they will get it done and stay with us until the problem is solved!

Our first time using Fletcher's and couldn't be happier. They are very professional, came right out, assessed several issues and made recommendations. The plumber fixed many things that same day and we had to order a new kitchen faucet. When it was delivered, he came back out in a very timely manner and installed it. Very communicative and responsive. Highly recommend.

My elderly mother had issues with her water pressure after having a new water heater installed. John assessed the situation and face timed me so I could see what the problem was and he also sent pictures of his completed work. He had to come back to my mom's house a couple of times to fix issues that stemmed from the original call, but he was more than willing to do so. I appreciate his time and effort!

We have used Fletcher's on several occasions for different types of jobs. To repair an exposed pipe leak to a complete bathroom remodel. They are very dependable and many times have been able to come out the same day, if not the day after I call. They do excellent work and are fair and friendly. I have compared their prices and they are competitively priced - and often more expensive than other plumbing contractors. But since they are a large outfit, time is money. So if you need a job done quickly, it's worth paying a little more to get the job done now and get a quality job done to boot!

My daughter referred me to Fletcher's Plumbing. They had done some work for her and she was very pleased with the price and the work of their technician. I had a leaky faucet in my bathroom that I couldn't completely shut off. John, the Fletcher's technician diagnosed the problem in short order and explained my options and the cost for each. Once I chose my option he completed the work in a timely manner, explained what he did and showed me the worn parts he had to replace. John was very personable and informative and did an excellent repair job. The price was reasonable. I would not hesitate to use Fletcher's Plumbing again in the future or recommend them to someone else.

Our experience with the plumber who came out to our residence in a time of emergency (we had a large gas leak discovered by a gas sniffer) was outstanding. He explained what had to be done, the estimated cost, and proceeded to find the source of the leak, obtained a permit, gathered the necessary materials and completed the job. He was efficient, very friendly, professional and helpful. It was quite hot, but he, and 1 assistant that he had help for part of 1 day, stayed with it, and completed the repair. He was there when the inspector came out to check the work that was done. He was there when the gas company came out to turn our gas back on. He was genuinely concerned that everything be done and done right! We were very impressed, and we recommend Fletcher Plumbing without reservation, and especially Rick and his assistant! Thanks! We connected with Fletcher's Plumbing and Contracting because they service plumbing systems. Their service was excellent and the serviceman taught me things I was doing wrong when maintaining the drinking water system myself, so now I know how to do it correctly myself. Their filters are also competitively priced compared with others that sell them. I asked Fletcher's Plumbing and Contracting to provide an estimate on repairing a long-term sweat-solder pin-hole leak in the main line to our home and their bid was the best. Price alone wasn't why we hired them, though. The plumber described what he'd do to fix the leak and their approach made a ton of sense to me. I also showed the plumber a bathroom repair I plan to do myself and he gave me good advice, including how he made an access door where there was ceramic tile. Since both the plumber and I were both past tile setters, I really appreciated his good thinking on a suggested approach. Fletcher's Plumbing and Contracting plumber did a great job on a complicated repair. We're very happy with this company's work and professionalism.
