Our contract (acc no [protected]) with Etisalat expires on July 18, 2023. However, they only contacted us via email. But we can not get to the mail because our manager is not here. Etisalat increased our bill without our knowledge or consent. The standard plan amount is AED 1,149.75; however, they have increased our bill to AED 1,606.84. They did not properly notify us of the contract's expiration. We called customer service and send mail, but we didn't get a proper response. We would like to express our dissatisfaction with this. Also attach our bill screen shots for your concern.
Desired outcome: We would like to reduce our bill as soon as possible.
