Signed a service agreement with FlatRate, which was initially $1000 a month, new agreement issued within days of this for $1500 a month; however, the "old/used" machine that was delivered and set-up required repairs within the first week.
The machine has a history of over 200, 000 prints on itbefore it was set-up. The install required $2600 of whI begged for toner, as the old/used machine had a little amount of toner in them when delivered. I've struggled to get confirmations on deliveries of toner, which I've never been provided; I've begged for toner, which ran out.

I've been lied to repeatedly by the owner, Mr David Howard, practically from Day 1: from the age of the machine to being ignored when I call to inquire about when the repairs would be done on the machine. A few days ago, and this has happened verbally last month, the owner suggested that he would stop service agreement and let me maintain the machine on my own.

The past few days, the owner has cancelled the service agreement and in return I've asked the owner to pick up the machine. I'm now being told, almost threatened, to keep a machine that is under lease, which lease the owner said he would cancel to satisfy me, the customer. I'm getting repeated e-mails full of paragraphs when I ask the owner to pick up his machine. I'm seriously stressed about this situation and I'm tired of the communication which now becomes personal. The company's ratings online, appear to be fictional and definitely misleading to the consumer. The gist of my problem is I'm involved with a bogus company which has breached it's own contract(s) and is almost threatening me to keep a machine that is not operable.

Instead of fixing a machine as required by his own service agreement I'm being asked to sign another, a 3rd agreement, before he would fix the machine. I want this machine gone and I do not want to deal with this company any longer, nor with the leasing company he has control over, TimePayment, of which has considerably huge consumer problems as well.
