FL Dept of Children and Families review: Snap benefits

I received food stamps previously last year - I renewed 12/8 so I can receive again for Jan. Its now been well over a month and my application still says pended. Ive called so many times for a callback or even held 3 hours and when I did speak to someone they tell me it should be processed by the next day. Ive been told this 5-10 times - a week ago someone finally said it was hung up and I needed a phone in the interview (nobody every said that before)- did the interview and she said everything was fine - she was submitting for process. I would have food stamps Last Friday - still nothing after another 5 days - I put a call back in 3 times yesterday and never got a call - I just cannot believe I cannot get this help? Please someone help
