Fixit Flash review: Appliance installation

Fixit Flash was hired to install my kitchen appliances. I have 45 pages of text messages of our conversations. The installation is still not complete after spending over $4200.00. As a matter of fact, the stove top electrical wires began sparking on Saturday.
I have since to purchase a new stove top and oven, as the one the installer ordered and attempted to install does not fit.
Numerous conversations have proved fruitless.
Words cannot convey the poor experience I have had. I am exhausted with all the back and forth, threats etc.
