I am a member of a Choice home warranty and they contracted this company to come out and fix my microwave. During the repair the tech had broken other parts on the microwave. I had call Choice Home warranty to notify them and they sent the company back out on the following week. The tech then tried to tell me this part was already broken. When I questioned him on why he did not make mention about it when he was doing the repair, all he can say is that was his mistake for not telling me. Now no one wants to fix the damage this tech has caused.
