I paid a grand in the 80's for a lifetime membership at this fitness facility. I now have the time to go and they are almost out of business and there are no facilities by me. I'm on a fixed income and in the 80's I didn't have time to go, but did have the money for the membership... Which I bought knowing that when I retired, I would use it then. Thought that was a smart plan and so did their sales representative!!! False advertising... Ponsy scam... Bad business

I want my money back!!!

I purchased a Lifetime Membership at Fitness USA back in the mid '90s. The company has folded an I believe I should be compensated for it. Is there anything I can do?
    Thanks,
    Bob
