First Design Crew review: They blackmail you for more money

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

We lost almost $15000 and they still won't give us access to our own website. We can't work on SEO, update content and pics, nothing. They said for access they want $3000. RIght after we signed up with them for hosting they stole our domain name from GoDaddy and then said if we don't pay them $2000 for it they will sell it auction. They called a month after signing up and took our website down and said it would cost $3000 to buy more space to put it back up. Then took the site down and demanded $4000 to install some security to put it back up. Then called and said needed $2750 to register domain name they stole. Then they called asking for $3500 to make site ADA compliant or "we will get sued". They never finished building the new website we paid them for, $2500, that was contracted over a year ago. They just keep ripping people off and changing their company name. Was branded logo design, designing avenue, digital media designs, first design crew. Same people, Asher, henry, Oscar, john, Dave and more. they are all trained to take your money or else. we can't even get our domain away from them to move to another company because they won't give access.
