Finity Communications, Inc. of Portland, OR faces questions about the security of medical data for one million Medicaid patients in a southwestern state after it was revealed that a troubled database employee named Joshua Poland told a fellow employee named Eric Azinger about committing crimes by hiding personal assets from creditors and using drugs in a series of conversations that took place in the open office.

Their conversations were overheard by a third employee located nearby, and Joshua Poland later decided that employee posed a threat and got the employee fired.

The troubled database employee, Joshua Poland, had previously been reprimanded by the State of Oregon and had his business dissolved twice, according to publicly available records on the Oregon Secretary of State’s website.

Questions have been raised about the security of the medical data in the hands of an individual with questionable ethics.

People in a Portland office are wondering if Joshua Poland abused his four year old daughter.

Between May and September of last year, Joshua Poland made numerous comments to his co-workers, managers and friends that he was attending family therapy and made arrangements to be out of the office each Friday morning.

Joshua also told some people that the focus of the therapy was mostly between himself and his daughter. Joshua said that the therapy was to give him tools to be able to better parent her.

At the time, everyone was happy that he seeking self-improvement.

However, as the year 2016 went on and Joshua’s office behavior became more erratic, Joshua’s co-workers began to worry about the welfare of his daughter at home.

If Joshua was able to abuse adults in the office, it was clear to all that a vulnerable young girl stood no chance.

After all, a four year old female would put up less resistance than a forty-two year old would.

At least one former co-worker has stated he wouldn’t be surprised if Joshua Poland is one day revealed to be a child molester based on how he saw Joshua treat some people when he thought nobody was looking.
