Financial Consulting review: Complaint

A Strategic Consulting representative contacted me about a debt consolidation program. After agreeing to proceed despite repeated poor communication from the rep and signing onto their program an important issue regarding the main creditor arose, and despite three phone attempts and an email the rep refused to respond and assist me.

It seems once I signed into the program my concerns were no longer relevant, despite the rep's assurance I could contact him with any further questions. Without assistance to resolve my issue I was forced to cancel my participation in the program and seek alternative solutions.
