First I have 2 furnaces but the request would only cover 1 furnace so I had to pay the heating company another 125.00 to do the other furnace. Had a water box leak on the attic furnace and the initial company (New Era Heating & Air Conditioning, LCC) took the picture and sent everything back to you guys with pictures and then you made me open another work order now for repair so you can get another 85.00 So instead of sending this over to the Original heating company (New Era) you sent it to someone completely different company (Reli Service Company) who now needs to come out and check the furnace to see what's wrong. You guys are down right over charging and I'm sure you have all the fine print to show me and that's fine, but I will never redo my contract again and I have been with you guys for 10 plus years.Also when I called the help desk the lady refuse to transfer me to a manger and would not give a phone number or email or transfer me. Just really shows what a shady organization you are.
Im sure you will be keeping my extra 85.00 and that's fine but the work should go back to the original company so everything doesn't start over again. Now instead of one work request by the original company to repair now we have another company who will come out take a look and have to back and order a part and return another day. Your company needs a face lift on processes and custom service
