This is a horrible, rude company. I have notified this company on 2 separate occassions that they are sending me collection notices on an account when I'm making payments to actual company that provided the service. She told me I was wrong. I told her I have copies of canceled checks to prove it and that she needs to contact them to get things straightened out. She then proceeded to yell at me, refused to listen, told me I didn't know what I was talking about, completely rude & then said if I don't give her a credit card number now, she's reporting me to the credit bureau. I informed her that it is ILLEGAL to collect on a debt that is being paid to someone else!
Beware of this company.

I can only concur with the previous comments above. This company is horrible and unprofessional at it's best. My husband and I began receiving calls from this agency six years ago, in regards to unpaid medical bills that supposedly belonged to myself. While I had had medical in the past, I had filed for assistance, which we received, as I was not employed at the time, nor was my husband. I found it very suspicious that these bills could even be legitiment. Not to mention, that the collections efforts were made against my husband and not myself. The woman was extremely rude and forceful. Unprofessional would be an understatement. She refused to provide me proof of this debt. When I questioned why they went after my husband, when the alleged expenses were supposedly from myself, she just kept insisted that my husband was the responsible party. We had many conversations and at one point, she began cursing at me and it escalated to a screaming match between the woman and I. They only actually spoke to my husband one time. The bottom line was that either we pay the balance immediately, or they would report it to the credit bureau as a refusal to pay. We were not able to pay the bill. We did not hear from them again for almost two years, when they started calling again. I had just had a baby and was not up for the unrelenting disruptions, calls and arguments. Our financial situation had changed. Against my better judgement, I paid the balance in full. Now, four years later, 3 bills from this agency appear on my husband's credit report. They claim to have written them off due to refusal to pay. My husband had impecable credit before these were on his report, Now, it's ruined.

We received a collection notice from this company today. This company is demanding payment however, they are not informing us as to whom we supposedly owe this money to. As we are not in the habit, nor do we plan to make a habit of giving money away unless we are actually indebted to someone, we will not be paying them the $88.61 until they prove to us that we owe this money and to whom we owe it. This is unbelievable and unprofessional to say the least.
