Fidelity Investments review: Wire transfer after stock sale

my participant number is I01300034 and I have a brokerage account with Fidelity due to my work for Microsoft Corp.

I am writing to complain about an extremely distressing experience, terrible customer support and also terrible service from Fidelity.

I sold shares and initiated a cash withdrawal on 3rd December. I have called many times in the interim and have been assured on numerous occasions that my money has been returned, the money wire has been reinitiated, everything is being controlled, and that my money will arrive within 10 business days.

Now almost 4 weeks have elapsed (30th December) and I still have not received any money. And I have been recently informed my money has not been located and no wire has been reinitiated! On top of this I have now been told that they have no idea where the money is and that the wire will have to restarted and this could take another 2 weeks at least!

Through no fault of my own the money which is legally mine has been misappropriated and despite several reassurances the money will be with me soon, now I am suddenly told only after almost one month that "there is no timeline" for the money to be transferred. This is terrible customer service and very poor performance from Fidelity. It should not take a month for a simple wire transfer to be completed.

I expect some urgency to brought into this and some goodwill gesture from Fidelity in form of compensation to be forthcoming given how badly this has been handled and how badly I have been treated.
