Fidelis Elite Systems review: Do not buy it
An overpriced product, I bought the Hyperion Elite about 8 months ago, I paid $9,995 and now I have offers from 2 different companies, same product, better quality and warranty, for $3,700 and another for $2,800, I feel cheated, also the service is terrible, and it's not filtering properly either I have already sent 3 requests to have a water test and I have no answers.
I purchased a home water purification system two years ago—it was quite expensive at $10k, which was significantly overpriced—and I was told it came with a full lifetime warranty. The maintenance system stopped working, so I called technical support, and they told me I have to pay $175 for the service visit.
