They've changed my date of birth for no reason which led to my dr's office not able to submit their claim, as well as picking up my medications. My friend picks up the meds for me due to health reasons and because of this he couldn't get the meds that I desperately need, not to mention their frustration. I called them and all they said was they couldn't find me. So I don't even know what the "right" date of birth they have for no reason changed to. If this doesn't get fixed I won't be able to see my Drs nor get my important meds.
