This company did not provide information that they would require false information on the pet. My then 9 month puppy was put into their system and was asking for information on a puppy that was more than 2 years old. I told them my puppy was 8 months and did not have two years of medical records. They continuously asked for 2 years of record and I grew tired of explaining to them that Bruno is a puppy of then 8 months. I asked them to cancel the subscription and refund the payment for the insurance. I am still getting these e-mail about providing information.
In order to process your claim for Bruno, we need you to submit medical records from the last two years, including detailed exam notes from all vets who have seen your pet in that time.
Your vet may refer to the records we need as SOAP notes. They should be able to send them to you upon request if you don’t have them.
If you’ve had Bruno for less than two years, we just need you to submit medical records for all of your vet visits so far. That includes medical records from a checkup (meaning, a vet visit unrelated to your pet getting sick or hurt).
If your pet hasn’t had a checkup to establish what we can cover, we might not be able to process your claim. Please schedule a checkup ASAP so we can process future claims.

"Dear Pamela,
We sincerely regret losing your business and hope you'll reinstate your pet insurance policy for your pet.
If price was the reason we lost your business, we're confident we can find a monthly payment that works for you by making slight adjustments to your reimbursement amounts. If we lost your business for any other reason, please let us know why so we can fix it.
If you act now by calling 866.983.1433, your policy will be reinstated immediately with no gap in coverage.
We know how much you love your pet, so please don't switch to another pet insurance provider because it will limit your future coverage. Anything your pet has been treated for in the past will be considered a “pre-existing condition” and won't be covered.
Reinstating your policy is easy, but you must act soon to take advantage of this opportunity. Call now 866.983.1433.
