Ferial Attar Jafari, born July 12, 1981, lied to Toronto Police in April 2000 and laid false criminal charges against her father, Mehdi Attar Jafari. The charges were withdrawn by Crown Attorney.
Having earned experience in fabricating evidence, abusing the police and justice system for interior motives and filing false criminal charges, Ferial then did the same against her second oldest brother with her oldest brother Ali Attar Jafari a.k.a. Amir Jafari posing as fake victim. Ferial and Amir then testified against their brother for two full days hoping to give the brother false criminal conviction but to their dismay the charges were dismissed by judge. Ferial and Amir perjured themselves and were found to have no credibility.
Ferial is claiming that they (Amir and another one of her brothers namely Faramarz Attar Jafari, aka Faramarz A, Jafari, aka Faramarz Jafari) cornered her. Nice try Ferial. You are an experienced abuser of police and courts for ulterior motives, you did it to your father then to your brother. You are a lowlife Iranian woman who belongs in Iran and not in Canada.
Ali Attar Jafari alias Amir Jafari used (like toilet paper) and prostituted his sister, Ferial Attar Jafari to police in order to harm their brother. Bet Amir and Ferial both felt cute for the cop. Cops don’t give a *hit about these two, They see crack addicts, i.e. their equivalents, all day.
Maybe both of these individuals have ADD. Maybe Amir is regretting all the time and his father's monies that he wasted on Shabnam Shekarabi (Zena Shekarabi's relative) an older prostitute with grown up children he chased for years starting in India and then in Canada.
Ali (Amir), an uneducated commissioned salesperson, and Ferial can be criminally charged with Public Mischief and Perjury. If convicted they could each be looking at a minimum of 12 years in prison. They can also be indefinitely sued for breach of Charter rights of their brother. No limitation period applies to Charter breaches and prosecution of criminal offenses. The evidence is there. It’s going to come.
On a separate note, we do not need defects like these two, Ali Attar Jafari alias Amir Jafari and Ferial Attar Jafari, in Canada, so go back to wherever you came from you two insignificant losers. You are both parasites on Canadians who pay for police and courts you abused for ulterior motives, which was to harm your own blood. The brother can lay the criminal charges and sue their ### off whenever he may. So get down on your knees and beg for mercy, hurricane is coming!
There has got to be a lot more to this. Usually when people abuse the police and courts for ulterior motives, they are trying to divert attention from their crimes against their victim and have a lot to hide. Theft of inheritance is one reason. Bet they are trying to get away with theft of their brother’s inheritance. Amir appointing himself as his father's trustee is like asking the fox to account for missing chickens (the father's assets Amir stole).
