I have fully completed & star rated this 10 minutes survey by 3:45pm aug 18 est on cream alcohol with no reward, (279 points) & no activity record. This time feature points not only robbed another 279 earned survey points from me & also eased all digital traces on my account/activities.
This has been the fourth fully completed survey that feature points robbed my reward points recently. A few thousand stolen points since I joined over a year back! This fp help team has not helped me in any fair & responsible way but keeps giving me excuses & more excuses & you keep robbing earned survey points from me for over a year
Total shame on you fp people!
Not even 1 courtsey point has been received back from featurepoints for over a year for 1000s of my earned survey points they stole from me!

Not at al, I dropped this provider as it has been repeating with same/similar problems for extended period of time.
But friend, my experience tells me Feature Points is not alone. Almost all online survey sites that I engage cheat on our time & petty points on-goingly
