Featherlite Hair Systems review: Wig/topper

I ordered a Virgin European Hair topper from Featherlite Hair Systems in Nov. 2014. It finally arrived in Oct. 2015 only after I threatened to file a complaint of non-delivery with my credit card company. The cost was $3788 CAD. When the hair piece arrived I took it to my local wig salon to have it coloured a bit darker. They tried to work on it and then reported back to me that it could not be coloured because it is synthetic hair. Synthetic hair of this type is worth about $200. I have contacted the business owner, Isadore Sternhill, aka Isadore Hoffman, multiple times about this situation. She will not respond to me. She has completed a scam and is counting on getting away with it because I live in another country.
