I have two terminals with you on the above account: [protected] and [protected]
We had a terminal for two months which was [protected] June 2019 and July 2019 and consequently cancelled due to problems with the lease on the third shop. This was all explained to you at the time when we cancelled this terminal.
I have just been going through my bank account and see that you are still taking payments for the cancelled terminal.
August 2019 to December 2019 £163.60
January 2020 to December 2020 £502.68
January 2021 £ 37.90
Totalling £704.18
Would you please reimburse the £704.18 straight away, We are very surprised that these amounts have been taken after us cancelling the contract.
