Paid for a year's subscription for my father who is on Social Security. Payment posted July 1, 2022. August 19, 2022, there were no more deliveries. Paper delivery had been inconsistent. I called and was told that I had cancelled the newspaper subscription. I assured them I had not. They stated I had and that they had returned the money. I checked with the bank and called back. I explained that no money had been placed in my father's account. They gave me the last four numbers of the account. I said no, that is not my father's account. They argued with me. I called back the next day and the next. I spoke with a different person each time and the result was the same each time. I am not sure where to turn.
Desired outcome: Refund the money to my father's account or give him the newspaper every day and hold harmless the days that have been missed.
