Fay Services review: Complaint

They are like the fifth or sixth lender to take over our loan in the past 5 or so years, started with city financial then bayview, 1 or 2 but do not remember there names and then it was cooper company and the last is fay services, everything was good until fay services took over, now all the other lenders got our banking info. From each other but fay services did not do this do not know why, but we are paying the price for thier mistake our payments started at $398.00 a month up until cooper co. That raised it to $460.00 a month now fay services wants $681.00 a month, all other ones we could do just fine but not almost $700, we can not do this, now we never got any papers telling us about any lenders changing with each other and we check our mail every day.

Borrowed $9,000 pluse still owed $1,000 so it was $10,000 loan and are paying back over $45,000 with 18 years to pay it off, so if we had 18 to pay and it has been 16 years already we should only have 2 yrs left to pay, but we still have over $30,000 on it to pay yet. And fay is saying we are back 5 months in payments that is on them because they did not get our info. Like the others did. Payments come out of our checking automatically so if they got our info like everyone else did with no problem we would not be here, and we just can not do almost $700.00 a month, loan started in 2007 till now 2023 thank you
