Fanion/BYI review: Never received order but charged for it

I ordered 2 kayaks from Fanion/BYI business on 6/24/22. I never received the 2 package of fishing kayaks, that I ordered. Lifetime 90806 Tamarack Angler 100 Fishing Kayaks.

My credit card company was billed for $89.98 total. Order number was #140.

I received confirmation of order but that was it. Never received them and I had it sent to my place of work at 1412 Stad Ave. Union City, TN 38261.

I attempted to call them but all I had gotten was a busy signal. I tried to email them at [protected]@outlook.com with no luck.

My credit card company says I have to pay this and I guess I will have to so I am not shown as late.

I never received merchandise and have witnesses to that effect. I believe this is a scam website. I have tried to contact them 4 times today and still just get a busy signal at [protected], which is the number I got from the credit card company.
