Since i've moved to town which is now 3 years. I make my weekly stops to go shop. Any-who my shopping experiences have been becoming unpleasant to where I feel I shall discontinue shopping at any family dollar and may switch to dollar general. I've had experiences where I myself and my unborn child were threaten but yet nothing done to the manager. As well as improper refunds, attitude, and rudeness. Mocking as well i'm not sure what to do at this point. I've spoke with another manager about a recent situation and made me feel like I was in the wrong even threaten to banned me from the store. If any proof needed I do have it on video. My daughter was making a video and caught the incident in the background. I'm decided whether or not to post it or if I should take it to that extent. I hope these issues will and can be resolved but as far as my end I will now start documenting every incident with names and dates and will continue to report them until proper training is done or until your employees take me as well as every customer a priority.
