Faith Works Hair Care review: Hair product/business out of home

I order a hair product from this company Faith which is sponsored by two African American ladies who were on channel 9 nines producing their business. Yes, they had shipping available for their product but forgot to state the other option was to pick up the product from their private home. which I felt was not appropriate.

Because I stated that I was not going to come to someone's house to pick up a product for safety reasons. I asked if they could ship the product they responded it will take 7-14 days and this has been since 6/10/22.

Still no product
