Placed order July 21,2022, first email sent to company with regard to missing order Aug 10/22 asking where it was, response - item has been shipped and they gave me a Canada Post tracking number, checked tracking number which said in process, Aug 17th email sent again to company who responded with same answer as before. This time I checked with Canada Post and was advised package was empty and now in secured location in Ontario and to contact shipping company which I did by email once again letting them know where package was and why it has not been received. Once again they responded by sending me the tracking number showing they attempted to deliver package (no date when this was but a map was included in email which showed Ontario, I live in BC). Resent all emails to company and zero response!
