I placed an order on May 11, 2023 and charge was posted to my credit card on May 12, 2023 and as of June 6, 2023 I have not received the order. I called to the Factory Outlet Shop and they said I should call the Factory Outlet Store so I did. I have my order number and both said that was not their number. The second place I called said they didn't have my e-mail address. I told them on my order that was the contact e-mail address. The order number I printed off the internet when I placed my order is [protected].
Desired outcome: Refund my money
