Facility Source Payment for services rendered

This company has lied cheated and stole money from me and my company. Do not work for them. They don't pay, they will string you along with hopes of discouraging you. If you do get paid it's literally months later. Poor communication no one knows what the other is doing. Just a complete scam. What hurts the most is when I told them I could no longer mow for free they told me they would charge me for hiring new contractors? What a scam...

Desired outcome: I want paid for all monies earned.

Facility Source toxic work environment

Plumbing and Trade, Hot Shocks, and ESI all 3 companies located 7630 Dunnellon Fla are run out of the same Bldg by Bloom Group. Client is Facility Source who out sources the work order out to one of these 3 companies, project managers of each company then have to locate technicians in various states to compete the work order, Bloom Group has no actual technicians, ony office staff. Billing Department is forced to take e part in fraud by price gouging, and invoicing work not done, Billing facility Source. Billers are solicited to create state seals and certificates required to engage in business.
There is no integrity with Bloom Group, and questionable business practices hence Facility Source cbre is in business relations with them.

Facility Source does not pay

Having the same issue here with Facility Source. We have 21k open with them with 5k at 120 days past-due and growing and can not get an answer as to when we will receive payment. 99% of the work we have done has been at T-MOBILE locations here in NYC. We have placed their account on hold, pending payments, and yet they still send us work through there auto-dispatch system. We have several approved quotes that we have also placed on hold. It is unbelievable that a huge corporation like T-MOBILE can hide behind a facility management company to screw vendors. There should be something done about this. We work with several other FM companies and have no issue, as long as you can follow protocol and billing procedures, yet some of them have bad reviews also. So we took a chance with Facility Source and now we are in this position... If you are a Vendor and you are reading this, do not accept any work from them. Unless you like to work for free, of course...

Facility Source contracts

No issues whatsoever with payment. I understand it takes time to get paid, I was patient and it paid off! First payment took almost 2.5 months, but, after that, they all came in properly. Problem is, they lost the contract with dillard general and out of nowhere I get an email saying services are terminated (7 contracts, 1800 monthly income down the drain).

They need to read their agreement before making any complaints. Steady flow of money will happen.

Facility Source dollar general

So far horrible company for a contractor to work for. Need to triple your rates to deal with the paperwork, waiting time to get paid, time on phone, waiting, waiting, waiting. They are extremely slow, no contact phone numbers. I would run from this company unless you can wait 1/2 year to get paid

I have emailed several times about payment on 2 work orders web63760 and 606374 they are 76 and 98 days past due for payment. We have contact the owners, general manager of Dollar General in reference to payment and getting this issue solved. So far Facility source has not responded to when we will be paid. I don't have a contact phone number to speak to anyone.

Please contact me as soon as possible.

Thanks Tk Livingston-owner

Facility Source fraud

Company does facility maintenance for goodyear. They say they are going to pay you in 45days but 90 days later you are still waiting. When you call corp. they tell you that they have already been paid.
Upper management has no clue as to how to run a corp.

I had the misfortune to both work for them and have them as a vendor at another job. I was on a very small account so we were able to use the client's vendors/payment systems and avoid most of the FS nonsense. The biggest issues I had on the operations end always came when I had to partner with either of the departments that employed and dispatched techs (Exterior Services and "FSElite"). The management at the director level and above were almost exclusively retail industry upper managers with next to no project management experience and were a catty clique, generally deflecting failures onto their internal rivals or direct reports. Don't work there and tell your friends to work elsewhere.

As a vendor they were even worse than they were as an employer. Their marketers sold our upper manager with 30% year one cost saves (that was the standard line for all newly proposed programs during my time at FS) that naturally were not real. When we fired them four months later they were our highest cost vendor, coming in at double the cost of their competitors. They had no accountability, refused to follow the practices we enforced for all vendors, constantly complained that we didn't give them enough time to "find providers" despite advertising themselves as a nationwide provider and giving them two months to onboard their "existing elite network", and topped it off by refusing to pay several of their techs and letting us deal with the angry phone calls.

Don't work for FacilitySource, don't work with FacilitySource, and don't associate yourself with anything CEO and founder Bill Hayden does when CBRE inevitably cans him for constantly losing clients.

Having the same issues with this company. Called about an invoice 90 days past due, person we were speaking with had issues with computer so she asked another about the invoice number. Now, get this, we over heard the other person say it was paid. Was told that we would get a call back soon with further information. Waiting ample time to receive the call, so called back. Went directly to voice mail. Called on another line and answered properly. Again, was told to wait for call back. Finally received the call and was told that the invoice had yet to be paid. THIS, after 90 days since invoice was submitted. And according to the contract, here it comes, they don't pay until us until they get paid. I read up on this company before doing any work with them, still decided to give them a try. I know now, that the majority of negative comments on here are true. If you are a small/medium size company, the exact ones this company "preys" upon, do yourself a favor and stay away form Facility Source.

Small service company retail maintenance in CT. We do get paid, mostly on time however the invoice rejection emails make a person wanna put the senders head in a vise! Theres not even a way to reply to it.
It just says change your invoice. Period end of story.
I though, have had responces to my emails.
It seems they are trying. Anyone who is having issues should def try contacting the person who signed you up or at very least one of the "purchasers" gor your feild.
There "pilot" system is stupid but them the breaks if you dont have someone to invojce using it you cant work for them.
I do agree they are the worste company ive ever signed with barring veterans world wide they were the absolute worset!
But it seems that alot of the complaints here have to do with not understanding what a net 45 pay period is.
It means uou will def not get paid for 45 days possibly 90 if they too have signed a net 45 with there customer.

As bad as the company is they havent screwed us out of our money as of yet. Weve been with them since 2015.
Another thing to realize is this company is so comparmentalized one part doesnt know what the other is doing.
Billing goes by there directive verify and account justify and pay or reject.
There purcjasing dep there directive of get the best contractors signed for as little as possible in the areas they are needed.
As well the operations is sub compartmentalized. Alot is automated.
People answering phones that have no clue what your talking about because there basically reading off a script do this if this say this if that. I once called yo let them know a nte increase would be needed to complete the sewer line clearing the next day. The kid responded "ok we cant give a nte increase unless uou can finish before leaving site. Other wise its a quote"
I told him "ok then when the quote is approved we will go back and cleat the sewer line clog" it was approved and notice sent the next day. We made them wait another day to go back to prove a point.

Anyway hope you all have better luck.
I havent had my fill of this co. Yet.
No matter how many people in the company i tell to pay or piss off they still send us work and they do pay in the long run from what ive seen anyway.
Sometimes ya just need to complain tp the right people.

Nite!
