I am receiving Toll Violations from months ago and have learned there is no reasonable recourse to pay before dispute period expires. I drove back and forth to the shore during this summer from PA to NJ.1,2, 3, and 4 months after I have been receiving violation notices. Most violations have come in the mail after the dispute period is expired. I have spent more then 4 hours on hold or speaking with representatives at EZPass NJ to resolve this issue. Last week I was on hold for 45 minutes and finally connected with a very helpful agent who was able to take payment for one outstanding toll - and explained that the violation notices are not sent from EZPass but from the toll authority and thus the timing for payment and mailing are not often aligned. On that call the agent confirmed that there were no outstanding violations. To date I have disputed and payed for 16 violations. Note, the card payment information on my PA EZPass account was updated and the changes were not saved - this was at the end of July. I spoke with an agent in PA to ensure the card was updated and funds would be replenished. The account is fully funded and vehicle information is current. Yesterday (9/29/22) I received a collection notice and two new violations! These were from trips made in July. Of course, it's too late to dispute. I called EZPass NJ and waited on hold for 1 hour and 5 minutes. The agent had an immediate attitude and when the total on one of the noted violations that I was holding in my hand didn't match what she was seeing she repeated her total then... SHE HUNG UP ON ME! Granted she is likely working with angry people ALL day long - that cannot become my problem. If my credit is jeopardized by this horrific process for managing tolls in New Jersey I will not be silent. There is a flaw in this process that needs to be addressed.

Desired outcome: I want to pay the tolls and stop receiving violation notices. I want any violations that have gone to collections to be correctly documented as paid. I want documentation from EZpass NJ of all the tolls that I have paid!
