I placed an order on April 20, 2007, for 5 Ink Cartridges which was accepted via confirmation code the same day. The order was "Processing"
As of May 23 the order still has not been received. No response back from the company after repeated, yes repeated attempts. They totally ignore you.
I had to purchase cartridges at another store with a higher price eventhough I had placed the order in plenty of time.
These people should be put out of business.
I feel for you and understand your frustration over the missing order. I do believe that your order was filled and shipped. I have ordered from EZinkjets a number of times with very satisfactory results. As with many orders delivered by carriers like FedEx and UPS, the package may be left at your doorstep. What may happen afterwards, who knows.
I ordered 2 inkjets on Sept 27 2006. A month pass and did not received it. so i try to call numerous time until finally i spoke to someone and ask them why was it taking so long,they told me that they shipped it (but mind you i never saw it) so i told them to cancel the order because it was ridiculous to wait for something that was taking almost a month.I asked for a refund which i have not seen until this day Nov 27 2006.IT is hard to reach these people but i will continue until my refund is return.I THINK THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM AND IT SHOULD BE INVESTIGATED!

This is the third time i have tried to contact you about my order that was supposed to have been shipped on 09/26/06. It has been over 2 months and I have not heard from you nor have I received my order,is this how you treat your customers. I will copy this correspondence and place it on a website complaint list.
