ExpressVPN review: Issues with vpn after paying for subscription

I paid $59.95 on February 28, 2023 for VPN services for a year. This amount shows deducted from my account. After a few days of using ExpressVPN, I kept getting a popup message in red stating "Update is Available". I followed the instructions to update the app on my laptop for Windows 11. Since then when I go to ExpressVPN's website and log into my account it says, "Free Trial Expired February 11, 2023." I clicked on the Support tab. This just gave links to questions. I clicked every link none of the links worked. At the bottom of my screen stated "Need help! Chat with us!" When I clicked on the Chat tab it disappeared and stayed on the same screen. I re-booted my system and went back to ExpresVPN's website and again logged into my account, clicked on the support tab and the links still did not work. During this time I worked 2 jobs plus classes I had no time to waste with this service. On May 21, 2023 (I logged in before this date as well, I don't recall the date) I tried again to update my service and still the links do not work to contact customer service. I want a full refund and this service needs to be fixed immediately!
