Cindy Crawford's line of furniture is beyond horrible quality. I purchased a very expensive $3500 dollar complete sectional living room set from Cindy Crawford's line. I purchased the micro fiber 4 piece sectional set. The cushion padding is horrible, the fabric looks very worn and thin after only having the furniture for 1 year and I only have a family of 4 using the furniture. Also the padding bunches up very badly causing the pillows to sag. Also RC Willey sales represeantives state that you can wash the pillow covers, this is untrue. I have not even washed the fabric yet and it is already in to bad of shape to even considers cleaning the cushions or pillows. Don't waste your money like I did.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
She has many different sectionals, can you tell me which ones you are talking about? I am currently looking at the mackenzie 6 piece sectional with chaise from raymour and flannigan.

I to bought this very expensive piece of crap, after getting 4 different couches because all were junk when they arrived, all garbage the stiching has come undone and the chshion sare absolutely terrible! Never again will I buy a cindy Crawford piece of furniture! ! Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix the cushions and make them sturdy again? All of them are saggy and drooping and bunched up terribly.
I too completely agree. The quality is TERRIBLE on the microsuede sectional set. I have owned the set for less then three years and all of the back cushions sag terribly and after a few cleanings the stitching in the bottom cushions are coming undone! I had a living room set for 10 years that still looks almost brand new and only paid $1, 200...lesson learned! DO NOT BUY this product, you will be extremely disappointed!

My roomate had purchased a micro suede sofa and loveseat from the cindy crawford line and it too is garbage! We have had it for 4 months and it looks like its 3 yrs old. The cushions have sagged, the coloring is faded, and we are only 2 using it. I will never ever purchase anything out of the Cindy Crawford line again. And I do not recommend anyone else to do so either.
