Like others I was charged for extra months I did not purchase. Worse, I found $600.00 worth of new charges after not hearing from them or speaking with them for nearly 2 years. If these people get your card they will charge it. I was able to get the charges reveresed through my credit card company. When I did work with these people they shut down my...

Expedite Media Group Scam/ Stole money

Expedite Media Group is a scam. I paid $1, 500 and got nothing in return . After paying $1, 500 up front it took them 3 months to put up a VERY POOR website. Plus they never added my e-mail address that was connected to the site. I have lost 2 business deals because of this company. I continue to call them to fix the site or refund my money and they do not call back. The sales boy/ VP name is Brian Kramer, this guy is a person NO business should trust. He is a pro spam artist and a master at stealing money. He is listed all over the internet as a crook. Go to Spamhaus ROKSO: Brian Kramer / Expedite Media Group or spamhaus.org to see his pro-file. Also google “brian kramer scam” you will see thousands of pages on how he stole money from people. Do not give him or Expedite your credit card information. Expedite Media Group and Brian Kramer are also listed on the Better Business Bureau website. BBB.org gave them a F rating. I agree they are a scam. I got their email services. I tried to get new lists and no one answered the requests. I emailed and called to cancel and no one answers or calls back. I spoke to a lady named Andrea on the phone in November and told her I wanted to cancel. I have been charged every month since for 75 dollars and finally got it canceled.
Do NOT use their service.

I too have been scammed. I picked up the service Oct 19th for a monthly service and they charged my card on Nov 1st (20 days) before the next months service. Then b/s back and forth to reverse the charges and they charge again and again. Intent was one month at 600.00 and the next at 200.00 They have charged a total of 2000 in the last two weeks. I am persuing legal action against them. EMAIL bmvdirect@gmail.com Steve

Dear Sirs: Good to know the person's name, so to avoid his scams. So many like him out there, I've become very apprehensive trying anything anymore. Sign of the times, I guess.

All I want to do is blog; dealing with these guys is like, what are they not telling me that'll be a big surprise down the line? How can one be creative when all the time that nagging little voice is saying, hey, dummy, what did you do now?

F'rinstance, I don't have a copy of my contract, as promised. How can I go forward with them? I can't, so there. See you around, world. NBA

Expedite Media Group unauthorized charges| unfinished work

BEWARE ! Expedite Media Group is nothing but a company that promotes email marketing, and website development but will take your money and never delivery the services. In fact they will charge up your credit card a soon as they get the number. They made numerous charges on my card that were hard to get reverse many never were. How are these crooks getting away with this? Brian Kramer is a scam artist that uses profound language and send emails that are replied like a 4 year old . They never finished my project I hired them for as well. I think they have their employee's in on the action as well. I am out thousand of dollars and lost months of time.

STAY AWAY FROM THEM!,

THOSE OF US WHO HAVE BEEN TAKEN BY THIS COMPANY NEED TO PUT TOGETHER A CLASS ACTION LAW SUITE!

I wish I had found this board before doing business with Expedite, or whatever they call themselves this week!

We were looking to move our email business from an existing email provider to a new partner and decided to test the system before making a commitment, good job we did not move over totally as after the first few months it became a disaster!

The level of customer service is appalling, not only do they take double payments out of your account without your knowledge, when you try to talk with them to sort it out their customer service is non -existent.

I have left in excess of 10 phone message, sent loads of emails and wasted far too much time, but they have stolen my money! I highly recommend to anyone looking to do any email marketing to totally avoid Expedite Email.

I have been so hacked off with them, i have published an e-book with the email strands so anyone else looking to do business with them will not make the same mistake - see http://www.expeditecomplaints.paperviewer.co.uk

Expedite Media Group Scam and stealing

I had an account with Expedite Media Group for One Month. The service did not help me for the first $300 that I paid. I closed the account within 30 days (Opened March 10, 2008) but as I checked my bank statements (to do my taxes on January 26th 2009), I found that Expedite had charged me ever since March and continued through January 2009, sometimes twice a month. (I emailed and called and it stopped). Total $2200 charged in excess of the first month. 10 Charges in 8 Months.

I have an email dated April 10th, 2008 showing, I was only supposed to be billed $300 for the first month which happened on March 10th 2008. Our emails back and forth in the first month show that the service was not working for me and I trusted that the account would be closed and no more charges made.

Two employees (Nicole Meyer, Manager to/and Kate Malley, Account Rep.) have said that a refund was in the works but it has been over a month. They continue to say that an email will be sent to me that I have asked for many times and that they will have the accounting department call me in and hour (never do).

They have said that the first $200 that I am asking for, I am not entitled to because it was billed before I canceled. They billed too early and sometimes twice per month. I canceled within the first month.

This is totally unbelievable that they can stay in business doing this.

Chase Bank Visa says that there is nothing that they can do for me.

I just signed up on this site because I have just officially been SCAMMED

I hope people reading this will:
1. Avoid being trapped the same way.
2. Possibly point out how I can send these people BEHIND BARS WHERE THEY BELONG.

You can also call me stupid if you like.

I put up a couple websites, built some software, wrote an ebook and enjoyed some decent success. I looked for a way to kick it up a notch. I decided to promote my project management freeware application to students. I thought the best way to do that was an opt-in email campaign.

Perhaps the idea wasn't bad: free product that really helps, a couple affiliate ads and some adsense...

I looked into companies that offered this and saw through a few obvious scams like www.spamfreeadvertising.com (If you use Alexa, check out the comments you'll laugh.

I found a company that actually had a physical address, a real phone number and a clean Better Business Bureau record, or so I thought.

I started getting doubts when they used gmail to send me their proposal, hesitated a couple weeks and took the plunge anyway.

To keep the story short, I'll just say that their campaign stats were nothing close to what my webstats and google pageview output were telling me. In a minute I knew I was screwed  .

I won't rant on about how the phone calls went, I'm sure you can imagine. The proposal is legally worthless (I could have sent it to myself).

I'm in for a $1100 net loss, + the phone calls (long distance).

Then I did what I should have done before, look deeper. They move every six months and have a BBB record for each address. The past ones aren't clean, obviously. BAM!

It'll take me months to recover from that and actually do some advertising that works.

STAY AWAY FROM EXPEDITE
or any website with the word expedite in it.

Unfortunately they rank high in google under "email marketing", so these people are making a BUNDLE of scam money (enough for quite a few people to live on apparently, + the occasional move from one town to the next).

Any suggestion will be highly welcomed!

Expedite Media Group Stole money

We gave them $2, 300 for a contracted list of 350, 000 insurance agent email addresses. They supplied us with 275, 000 names. At the most only 10% had anything to do with insurnace. It was supposed to be an opt in white list. It was not. Brian Kramer VP...who is a punk criminal refused to return one penny. Theft of money is a crime which he will pay for.

Expedite Media sold me on that they had 125 million opted-in emails and that for $5, 000 they would distribute to their 125, 000, 000 opted-in email address my company's advertisment and link to unreleased recordings of one of the biggest, most famous superstars in our life time ( I do not want to mention the artists name in this complaint). Even though Expedite Media is on the worldwide ROKSO Blocked List for companies that are blocked from emailing, they still claim that they successfully sent out the 125 million emails. There was a total 450 click throughs to this superstar artist's site from what Expedite Media claims went out to 125 million people. Expedite Media sales/ account rep Kate is very tricky and well seasoned to have a solution and answer for everything.

After studying Expedite Media's email dispursment claim of 125 million emails and our companies analytics, Expedite Media must have had 124.6 million (124, 600, 000) emails block and only 350, 000 (350 thousand) emails might have been correctly sent. They know that they are lying to everyone they speak to, but this is their way of putting your company's marketing and advertising dollars into their pockets. They have no consideration on the amount of damage that they cause every company that they take the marketing budget from, and fail to perform or supplying your company the emailing and media service that you counted on and needed to suceed.

ROKSO Blocked List, Google, MCI, Europe and most of the Asian countries have Expedite Media blocked from sending emails.
They can not even send it into the Spam box. Brian Kramer, Expedite Media and all of their hundreds of other urls are completely blocked.

We paid for an email marketing campaign to run nationwide for about 638, 000 contacts. The campaign ran and out of 638, 000 not one single response from any client was ever received. We sell a basic product that any business would buy, infact that any business currently buys. We were stunned that not one client responded out of 638, 000. We ran a test email campaign ourselves by simply goint on the internet and randomly searching for businesses in general categories. We sent emails to about 500 companies and we got 113 responses, 21 of which placed orders with us. Now I do not know what kind of list Expedite Media has, but it is near impossible that not 1 response was received from 638, 000 emails. I contacted Expedite Media with my concerns and Nicole Meier who handled our account, never had the decency to respond. Now I know that there is no guarantee that we will get business from email marketing campaigns, but I am sure you will agree that it is suspect that out of a list of 638, 000 emails not one recipient responded. We sell Uniforms for crying out loud. Every company needs uniforms and we are the lowest on the market and have received great responses to emails we sent out ourselves.

In my opinion, I think Expedite Media is a rip off and I strongly advise anyone thinking about doing business with them to please reconsider. You work hard for your money and to lose it this way with no results is a terrible thing. Please think carefully before you consider using this company. Infact, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!
