I have attempted for 2 weeks to contact someone regarding my account, and to date have been unsuccessful. No reply to e-mails, I have left voicemails with Executive Training Academy's GM Jim Cortese and got no response. He did finally call and tried to sweet talk me into staying with the program. He mentioned how much money he has and all the knowledge of the world. Sounds like a ### artist.

Now the phone number is no longer in service.Faxes sent and still no response. I am only looking for an answer as to what is happened.Thriveli says my account is cancelled yet they were sending me homework and they don't know any more than I do. Now they no longer return my calls either.

Media usually indicates that there are various means of communicating the message, but so far I can not say with certainty that any of these companies even exist and perhaps I have been totally bilked and it was a very well planned scam, with dummy phone nubers, I have paid for a service, someone cancelled it and I have not been credited any money, nor do I know why the account was cancelled or if I will ever see my money. I am simply trying to get an answer.

I would hope that Mr Bigshot Cortese or anyone else will at least pick up the phone or e-mail me to ease my mind, however if I have in fact been scammed it would explain why I have not been able to contact anyone and I will have to suck it up, but not without raising the biggest stink awareness program for every potential victim.

The truth is Todd Nuttall is bankrupt. He has spent the better of the last 2 years working towards building a successful business to find himself broke. The past 2 years have been extremely humbling and a lesson in humility. In the past his businesses were very profitable and since the economic downturn in the housing market he just hasnot successfully recovered to the point of a business that is sustainable, stable and profitable. With that said, I would encourage everyone to stop posting negative comments about him regarding his failures, Jeanine Baliton and JP Ploof specifically. He clearly understands that he has not made good on his promissary notes and has burned quite a few bridges in the past few years. This is something he is NOT proud of at all. He truly wants to pay everyone back, but cannot at this time. He is embarrassed, ashamed, and disappointed in the decisions he has made in his life which brought him to this financial low. Jeanine, Todd loves his daughter and would want nothing more than the two of you to have a mutual respect for one another and get along for the good of Izabel. He misses her and wishes she was part of his life. He just does not want to visit the past between the two of you because he is not in love you with and never was. You got pregnant from a 3 week fling, he tried to do the right thing and be a family, but his heart and soul was not yours. I'm sure that's hard to hear, but it is the truth. Todd is and has been sober for almost 3 years now and a different man; you would not even know him today. I truly hope and pray that everyone, including Jeanine Baliton and JP Ploof, will stop the negative comments about him. It's like kicking a dead horse when its down. NO GOOD will come of it!

Todd Nuttall has made such a bad name for himself, HE CHANGED HIS NAME TO ROBERT LORD! Robert Lord is Todd Nuttall! Todd Nuttall is a CROOK and a FRAUD! I know a HUGE LIST of people in Arizona and in California that Todd Nuttall owes $10k+. He owes one person $380k. Todd Nuttall promises +200% ROI within 90 days. DON'T SIGN HIS GOOD FOR NOTHING PROMISSORY NOTE. Ask him whose name his truck is under or his cable. He can't even use his own name for his own personal accounts. Todd Nuttall aka "Robert Lord" recently posted, "Proofs in the results" on Facebook. Here's some proof, two links to the same picture on two different profiles. And another of his mug shot for passing bad checks.

I just recently signed up for the same progam and would like to find out the real deal with it. I signed a contract saying that if after six months I didnt recoup all my money then they would refund it. I had some issues with the payment and received a call for todd sayin to contact him about the payment of they would take me to court. I tried contactin him many times and left messages with him. He has not called me back and not his voicemail is always full. So just tryin to figure out what to do.

Brenda if you want a refund, I suggest making a call to the Arizona Attorney Generals office or contact CBS Channel 5 in Phoenix and have them go there and interview the owners.

You are right you were scammed.
The CEO and Founder is Marvin Wilson. Just google his name and his wifes name Krista Wilson. They have been involved in other scams such as Wise Financial. After some investigating it is believed they were told to not get involved in the telemarketing business in Arizona but all you have to do is get a new tax id number.

You will never see a refund.

At Executive Training Academy we strive to provide a top-notch customer service experience to every customer. Unfortunately in business there are sometimes unforeseen circumstances that prevent this from happening. I regret to report this is one of those times. We recently moved our Arizona-based offices from Phoenix to a new location in Scottsdale at 8502 East Princess Drive. During the move, phone lines were switched over and some lines did not end up being used by the same staff members which meant voicemail messages might not have made it to their intended recipients. My name is Todd Nuttall and I am one of the founders of the company. I would be happy to discuss your account with you at your convenience. I can be reached at [protected] Monday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. or Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Mountain Standard Time, or by email at todd@executiveta.com.
