On the 26th of October I ordered this product from this online store. Immediately after ordering the product I checked my bank account only to see that I had been charged $199 for 5 bottles and another $60 for a cleanse that I did not order. I immediately called the company's support line and canceled the order. I was told that it would be canceled and my money returned. As of November the 14th my money has not been refunded. I have notified my bank and requested a stop payment on any future charges from this company and have called their customer support line almost everyday and have been informed that the money has been refunded but as of this date, 11-14-22 it has not!

Desired outcome: very simply, I want my money refunded!

This Company has multiple names and uses offshore (so-called) Customer Service.

They have been reported dozens of times for over billing and/or not sending the product. When called you are given the run around. All the people that you do speak with have deep accents. Several complaints, including mine have requested refunds, and you are told each time you call that the matter has been resolved. When you click on several of their names your Internet Virus Software registers their websites as SCAM, and to turn back. Here are the varied names they use to scam the public. PREMMDGFTNS.COM PURCHASE PREMIUMEDGEFI UT and YATES NORTH

When you run the address it comes up as a Mail Drop Location in an Executive Suite. I have a call into the Attorney General in Utah.
