EVICTION STOPPER is a total scam. Martin misrepresented himself as a lawyer that would help me with my eviction, 3 months he guaranteed for me to stay in my home for the cost of $700. When in fact, all he did was provided some paperwork that I had to file myself with the court.
I live in Houston Tx. I had the opportunity to use this company. And things worked out pretty well for me. They were very helpful, very mindful and very considerate of me and my situation. They information to me that I needed via email, I filled out and returned it back to them. I didn't have to miss any work days, they went to court for me. They really made it easier for me and my family in our last two months of stay at our former residence. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is going through the same problem .
When you pay the inital deposit the two months you are there did u have to pay again
Very unprofessional and rude, judgemental company. I told him that I had lost my job and was having financial issues he immediately started judging me like I was irresponsible. Martin also hung up in my face talking about pay your bills for now on. Well FYI just cause you got an eviction notice don't make you irresponsible things happen to responsible people to. Never use this company they are the rudest company I have ever used in my life.

the man who answered was very professional and the more i asked questions about the company the more angry he became... any honest person would love to "sell" their service, he became so mad he start yelling spelling out words.. the questions i asked obviously he wasnt prepared for and the more i asked the more he became intimidated.. i asked was he the attoney for the company he said he work with the attorneys but (i dont need an attorney) he can do it all for me and save me money .. my next question was going to be "are you on yelp"? good thing i didnt ask, he probably would have had a panic attack, theres so many detailed & bad reviews .. this company is under several business names w/ the same phone numbers .. his response was "once u give us the $300 then like two weeks later you gone have to give us another $300
This is a false report from another company in the same business..
many companies have done this to other companies to ruin their good standing with potential new clients.
we don't charge $700.00 for our service...please remove this bogus complaint
We never heard of Martin and this is a competitor make false complaints
