On April 13, 2022, a contract was signed by Philip Parker,
"Client" of 2623 Verona Park, San Antonio, Texas 78261 (the "Recipient"), and Eviction Services LLC of 200 Spectrum Center Dr suite #300, Irvine, California 92618 (the "Provider").
1. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES. Beginning on April 13, 2022, Eviction Services LLC will provide to Philip Parker, "Client" the following services (collectively, the "Services"):

The "Client" is a Landlord / Property Owner / Property Manager and is hiring and retaining Eviction Service LLC to handle Landlord Tenant Matters and Residential Eviction Services for the subject property.

The "Client" authorizes Eviction Services LLC to act as its Agent and Representative in the matters listed under this Contract and Agreement. Eviction Services LLC will take any and all Legal Steps and Legal Actions that are deemed needed and necessary to complete any and all task on this Contract and Agreement.

Desired outcome: As of November 19, 2022, Eviction Services LLC continues to ignore my emails and phone calls. I am looking to resolve this matter by getting a refund of the total amount of $1,500 that was paid for services described.
