I spoke to a Mr. Sherman, the Mgr. from Ann Harbor, Michigan, at [protected] this morning who called me about my expiration date of 4/15/'23 to offer me an extension but that I pay immediately another $299. I already paid for this vacation; but due to a near fatal auto accident; I forgot about it!. Mr. Sherman got mad at me for not being able to pay immediately - so he hug up the phone kin my ear and blocked me as when I tried several times to call him back - the recording said the # was disconnected. Is this company legit with BBB? For circumstances beyond our control - we should get our money back or given sufficient time to plan another vacation and pay if necessary - Not be dammed and treated like the way Mr. Sherman got angry at me without proper notice.
