Europa Soccer Camp cancelled the Monterey Bay camp scheduled for 7/16/2023 24 hours before it was to start. They will not refund the camp fees. They will not reply to any emails or phone calls regarding refunds. They only take Venmo so there is limited recourse. Think these guys are a fraud.

Europa Soccer Camps took $625 for a camp at Lawrenceville Prep, but then canceled it and didn't give us our money back. I called ***, and they said they never set up a camp there. His phone numbers don't work anymore, and he won't answer my emails. *** has lots of different CVs and camp companies all over the internet and country and has done this same thing to lots of other families. I hope he gets caught. I filed a fraud claim with my credit card company. He cannot get a good star from me.

So mad right now. We signed our kid for 3 weeks of sleepover camp. No notifications about any problems. We called the night before the first week. Found out camp not happening for 2 whole weeks. Only on 3rd week. Asked for our dough back. Still ain't got it. Called again last night for the 3rd week. NO CAMP AGAIN. He took down his website. Now waiting forever for our cash back. Gonna report to big boss's office and tell our card people to refund the pennies.

My dother have gon to Europa Soccer Camp for 3 years (except for 2020 cuz Covid). She liked it cuz the *** place had good stuff and the trainers was really good at Europa and the *** place. They brought in peeps from Europe to train em. The trainers was better than the Club Coaches she had. She said Europa peeps know how to do all the techniques for soccer and everything was like a game. They were always playing little games. I looked at what they was doing and it looked really good. My dother had a really good time at Europa Soccer Camp in both ***, ***, and ***, .

I paid a whopping $425 for my kid to join Europa Soccer Camps from July 31-August 4, 2022. But, a few days before the kick-off, on July 22, they emailed me mumbling something about low attendance and how they were merging my daughter's week with the one before (July 24-July 28). I told them that we can't do that week and that I want my money back as they've canceled and let me know at the eleventh hour. I've hit them up with emails thrice, and my better half gave them a ring. But, there's been no response or refund promise. My last straw is to dispute the charge on my credit card.

So, I went to Europa Soccer Camp in June and got a sweet deal on my daughter's stay for the week of July. I was promised a top-notch experience with licensed coaches and competitive games. They even asked her skill level to group her properly. But when we arrived, they moved us to a hotel and there was only one coach for three boys and three girls who stayed there and seven day campers who showed up. My daughter and her teammates were the only 13-year-olds, and the rest were just little kids. We paid $625 for this camp, but I don't think we got what was advertised. I want a refund in full and want to be able to send my kid to a camp that lives up to what it promises.

We booked a soccer camp with Europa Soccer Camps in November for a camp happening in January . We paid $350.00 but then two days before the start date, we got an email (at the airport in Albuquerque) saying it was cancelled. They said no refund, but we could upgrade to another summer 2020 camp. We said yes, but they have not responded since early July after several phone messages on their 888 number. We asked for an update on the camps and its location so we can plan travel, but we got nothing. We know COVID-19 is causing business troubles but giving a refund or returning a phone call or email is basic. For example, I have a tuna fishing trip in San Diego in early August, the captain already offered a full refund. Other businesses give refunds to keep customers happy so they come back. Is Europa Soccer Camps out of business?

So, me and my fam signed up for 5 whole weeks of Euro Soccer Camps for our kids. We plopped down $2,125 on 9/30 using PayPal to pay Europa Soccer (check out the doc called Soccer Payment Euro ***). We had the kids signed up for (see Fwd 2022 Camps Cancelation email at the end): *** at *** for 1 camper (Alexandra) *** at *** for 1 camper (Alexandra) August *** at St. *** School *** for 3 campers *** and ***). We were hitting up the organizer, ***, for weeks trying to get some deets about the camp, but he never answered. We found out later that there never was any camp scheduled at *** (see Verification of No Summer *** email we received). This *** never happened, but the dude *** still took our money and never said anything about any kind of refund or nothin'.

After finding out that *** robbed us blind, we hit up St. *** School and they told us that *** had no contract for the week of August *** either (check out the email called *** was never to occur). So basically, he stole money from us for a whopping 5 weeks of camp that he never intended on providing.

I holla'd at *** a few times and he said he would give us our money back, but he never did. He called us too and said he would give us a refund straight away, but we never got it. We even requested $2,125 from him but he never replied.

Finally, on 7/31, *** sent an email sayin' that he agrees with our credit card dispute and won't contest it (see Fwd 2022 Camps - Agrees to our dispute through AMEX/PayPal email). But the fool still hasn't done nothin' to get us our money back or even told PayPal or Amex that he agrees to the refund. Right now, everything is just chillin' with PayPal, waiting for *** to say something, but so far he's full of it.
