EURO KITCHENS FRAUD CHENNAI review: Modular kitchen FRAUD 4

POTENTIAL BUYERS BEWARE! Having had the misfortune of hiring Euro kitchens as a service provider, I consider it my moral responsibility to inform others of the fate I suffered as a result of my unfortunate decision. Euro Kitchens is an extremely fraudulent company and must be AVOIDED AT ALL COSTS!
I hired this company for the kitchen and bedroom related woodwork in my new house at a time when my new house hadn’t been handed over yet by the builder. The owner of Euro Kitchens, Mr. Franklin persuaded me to sign a contract with his firm despite the still under-construction state of my house, clearly in order to secure my business. He further assured me that all materials would be pre-fabricated at the company factory and it would be fitted out in a matter of a week once I had possession of the house. My house took a couple of months to complete after this point due to delay by the builder. Post this, I immediately contacted Mr. Franklin to handover my house key and requested him to commence work. From this point on, it was an absolute passage through hell for me and my family. Mr. Franklin and his equally inept but more ill-mannered brother, Mr. James demonstrated to me how to ruin a customer relationship and simple kitchen/bedroom woodwork. Notwithstanding initial promises, none of the materials were really ready at the factory and Mr. Franklin continuously delayed commencing work. Both him and his brother were extremely unresponsive to any of my calls and they did not bother either receiving my calls or returning them. When I was lucky enough to get through to them after several calls and messages, they blamed me for all and sundry and were rude and discourteous. Among others, both these goons are extremely incompetent at (a) furniture/kitchen work (b) customer service and (c) work supervision. They do not possess even an ounce of attention to detail or quality. Their workmanship and finish quality is pathetic and they did not visit the site to supervise their workers even once. On top of all this, they even lost my house key! While I can write a book on the reasons to avoid Euro Kitchens, in summary, unless you are a compulsive gambler and enjoy losing money, PLEASE DO NOT HIRE EURO KITCHEN and destroy your peace of mind.

I have a kitchen done by EURO KITCHENS people. It is excellent
before giving order I am also discuss with these people about this issue,
but they explain everything in an out, Those people are not pay the money
properly doing these kind of activities.
THIS IS FAKE TO GETTING BRAND NAME SPOIL.

I am posting this so that at least someone reads and will be careful before giving work to Euro Kitchens fraudsters.
I couldn’t agree more with above posts, I should have seen this post before I started our work. Euro Kitchen fraudsters have taken the money and did not finish the work. The work they have done, we are getting repaired already in less than a two months. If you are hiring these crooks think twice. They are no carpenters! or interior designers as they claim. They are just two cow boys and a gay clown assistant called Vijay kumar. If you have small children their work is even dangerous, some of the fitting are coming apart.
Just avoid these thugs.

I agree and it is my mistake I did not chek this in website before giving an order to Euro Kitchens, Franklin. The same experience happened to me the only difference the Wardrobe was not done as per promise. I told them the final payment of 12% will be paid after the delivery as per promise. Meanwhile these guys went to the site which is far away from chennai, Thiruporur chennaipattinam Ceedeeyes project and took the materials away. The builder's employees allowed them inspite of me informing them not to allow them inside. Now I am fighting this with the Builder Ceedeeyes and Euro Kitchens.
