I have purchase a Dexon DVD Player from Eureka Electronics Kuwait. Few days ago, i took my DVD for repair to Eureka Showroom Shuwaik, Kuwait. The DVD is with complete packing along with box with all teh accessorries. They checked and took the DVD and told me that the Service center will call you when it is repaired. But in return they haven't gave me any proof that i have given them the DVD for repair.
After 2 days i received a call that your DVD is repaired and ready to be picked up. I went their to collect the DVD and they gave me just the DVD (without any box and accessories which i have given them). I told them that it was with full packing and accessories. But they simply said no it was just a DVD. Then i asked them to confirm with the person to whom i have given the box and that person said that no sir you have just given me the DVD in bag i.e. without box and accessories. To reconfirm i asked them to check with the Security Guard because he enterted the DVD serail in his register. And surprisingly he also simply refused and said that it was in bad not in a box. Then the Service person told me that how can 2 people said the same so you check at your home.
I am really surprised that they are saying that i am a lier and their persons are telling the truth.
So if any body can help me (not in getting by bag and accessories back) but to punish the persons woh are telling lie. Because they have security cameras everywhere and they can check on it whether i have given it in box or with box.
