As of 07 2009 I bout a etravel package in florida every time I call them I could not use the package beacause I had famaily death at the time I purchase the package I always got that icould use the package at any time I refuse I always told etravel iwant my refund back they refuse here is 2011 istill havent resicived my refund I pay 398.00 that I never got to use I will like my refund I think etravel is a ripp off I have been doing my home work with etravel ihave read horrible stories on etravel victim innocent people ripp off just like me just when I have bout the package for my dieing father who did die at the time I purchase the package I told etravel they consitted that iuse the package at later time or iwill loose my money I thouht that was alfo this is non ending battle to get my refund need to report etravel to the bbb the are ripping off alot of poor people who trust in the them for they vaction plan

to follow up, I called the number back and spoke to a person who identified himself as a supervisor and listened to my complaint and the facts of the previous phone call. He assured me that he would track the call and resolve it there. Not sure if that will really get to the root of the problem but he did display good customer service by validating that we should not have been called, and the conversation that took place between Crystal and myself should not have happened the way it did, neither should the ensuing conversation between Judy and I have happened. I postulate that 'Judy' was another call center employee and not someone who handles customer issues above the call center associates. Jake was very accommodating and I feel he did resolve the issue.

Etravel is an incredibly shameful company. Do not accept calls from them. They sold us a package which we immediately regretted purchasing and did not complete travel through them. they continued to call our home phone in spite of our requests to have our number removed from their call list. I was told by CRYSTAL that she had the RIGHT to call us! I requested to speak to her supervisor who she identified by a male name but then the phone was answered by another person (female) who clearly was not a supervisor and had no idea of customer service protocol. DO NOT USE this service! If this is how they treat people on the phone, I can only imagine what it would be like to have an issue with a travel package and then have to ask for customer service. I was annoyed when I spoke to them, they are outside of the FCC regulations for calling a number on the DO-NOT-CALL registry and to have them be so incredibly RIGHTEOUS in their approach is appalling.
