Esurance Auto Company review: No response

On 10/10/22 a person ran off the road and caused extensive damage to my 2 vehicles, fence, camper, and house. I have been trying to contact this person insurance agent, Donericka Fuller [protected]. The driver already filed a claim #[protected]. I have called and left numerous messages and text messages with photos of all my damaged property but cant seem to get anywhere. I was on hold for 22 minutes one day and she never picked up. It's been almost 2 weeks since the accident happened and I would think that a agent would be seeking me out, not me seeking them out.
