I booked a bereavement airline ticket through Cheap Fare Guru online and didn't speak to anyone. The funeral was on the 8th of October in Indianapolis. The ticket price was $721.20 which was fine. I received my credit card statement and was charged an extra $87.20 from Eros Tours and Travel as well as $14.00 for travel insurance that I never agreed to. These extra fees were not explained to me at the time of purchase. Now what? I'm just so sick of people taking advantage of others.
