I was duped, faced with a £4700 bill . Bailiffs the lot . Is there nothing at all any solicitor can do to fight these fraudsters who have found a legal loophole in their contract to swizz everyone out of 1000s? I’m faced with a 6 year monthly payment to get them from Seizing my car/possessions when they send their burley men round . It’s an outcry this has been allowed to go on so many years and they havnt bern stopped
March 2020 have had the same problem we were faces also with the £3800 bill .and threats they didn't sell my business, wanted it taken off-market they refused to do so. business went down no sale still got billed

They want locking up and fining for their business practices, they employ more lawyers than agents, no intention of selling your business until they rack up enough "advertising fees" to make you pay thousands with the onus on the vendor to prove that they didn't advertise as stated. I am also in a similar situation and was taken to court by Ernest Wilson. It would be interesting to meet with some people to discuss. The idea of a group is good because I was thinking to go to a solicitor but the fees are quite high. If we grouped together maybe we could find a good lawyer that we can share the payment for a consultation with?
