Dominic Cutanda is a complete idiot. why you would hire him as a customer service agent is by me.
February 12th 2026
On my original call to epoch times I talked with him and he could not cure the problem I was having on the EP App. instead he had me go to the website to access the article that I was having a problem commenting on. That did not work. So he asked me to download another internet app called Microsoft Edge. I told him I had it. So we tried on that app. It did not work in fact I could not find the article on either Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome. On both apps he stated this would fix the problem. So he began blaming my computer for the problem and he said that he was not blaming my computer I told him do not blame my computer because it is obvious that it is in your system and that would be because for the last year in a half and 4 or 5 problems later it has been fixed the same day except with him. So now not only does Dominic not have the knowledge to correct the problem he is contradicting himself which actually is called a lie. I am really concerned and angry with The Epoch Times concerning their inability to properly train their agents in truth and honesty. On top of all this he did not speak to well of our English language here in the US.
After all that he said he would call me a day later and asked what time would be convenient for me and I told him, "at 12 noon." Mountain time and he said that's three hours after me. I asked him where he was because 3 hours behind him would be out in the Atlantic Ocean. He said NY. So I asked him where he thought I was he said he did not know, so I asked him then hew do you know what time it is here and he said, the west coast is 3 hrs. behind us. So I had to ask, what makes you think I am on the west coast and he went silent. So I asked him, did you know do your research and find out where the area code 406 is located? He changed the subject and completely ignored my question. WOW, I thought what a wonderful group of customer service agents The Epoch Times has. That by the way was sarcastic.
After all that crap, the next day he calls me at or around 11:23 am. Then again at 1:15 or so. Again, WOW!
And nothing since. A third WOW!
I also did my research on The Epoch Times's executive branch and they all seem to be of Chinese descendants. That alone explains a lot.
Therefore if The Epoch Times would have a proper English speaking customer service "executive," preferably an American executive, contact me either in an email or a phone call in the next 24 hours I would greatly appreciate it. Otherwise I would like someone at The Epoch Times that know what they are doing to cancel my subscription in that same period of time and re-deposit my $45 back into my account. I ask for a full refund due to since the beginning of my subscription there has been numerous problems and this one was the straw that broke the camels back.
My contact information is as follows: dow.86337.[protected]@gmail.com or [protected]. Preferably by email as I may be away from my phone or out of my service area. Of coarse Dominic knows that. But PLEASE DO NOT HAVE HIM CONTACT ME.
Sincerely, Daniel Dow
