On 7/7/23 I turned my ac unit completely off and was without power for 10 days until I was able to have my ac unit replaced (inside & outside). In addition, my electric stove/range was out. During this time we experienced triple degree temps. Because it was so hot in my home, I did not leave lights on, nor did I use my washer, dryer, and dishwasher. Running anything would generate additional heat in my home, so I used nothing. Yet, my bill remained the same. If ac usage during the summer months causes billing rates to rise, why didn't mine decrease at least a slight bit when I didn't use my ac for 10 days? If adjusting thermostats can decrease your bill, why did mine remain the same when my thermostat was completely off? I've made two attempts to receive answers with your customer service. When they realized they couldn't provide a logical answer, they disconnected my call (both times).

I hope this isn't another dead end? It appears that Entergy doesn't care about its customers, and charges are based off of previous usage. This is pitiful.

Have a great day.

Desired outcome: An adjustment or credit to the bill that reflects my usage for July.
