Utterly useless customer service,
please note this account been paid on the wrong account number it must be [protected] and not for [protected],

the problem is they created two accounts and I did not notice it only when we experienced problems we realized that the cell phones and the tablet + 2 routers must be on [protected],

see attached payments been done on wrong account,
correct payments been done to the correct account,

and once again Telkom messed up and I must pay the consciousnesses, will the account still be handed over to the major Credit Bureaus,

accounts been paid to to date only payment that needs to be done will be for end of August, but most of the Telkom Mobi rooters data already been depleted and they only come on the 18-08-2016, they depart money from my account where I do EFT payments without any of my authority, and still they are in the wight,

Telkom had logged calls and also closed them the same time without any phone calls or response back from them,
