I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to follow up on my previous support tickets regarding my refund request. Despite your assurance that the refund would be processed within 2 days, it has now been 30 days without any resolution.
I have submitted three support tickets and have not received any updates. This situation has been extremely frustrating, and I feel my concerns have not been adequately addressed. I also reported my experience on the Google Play Store, as I believe your service has not met customer expectations.
Please provide an immediate update on the status of my refund. I hope to resolve this matter quickly.
